Our goal is to have your digital design done and ready for you in 24 hours or sooner.  Completion time my differ due to the proofing process and or respond time by the customer.

Upon receipt of your order, you will be prompted with a text message of order confirmation. In the process of your order, you will receive a text message including a proof/draft copy of your digital design(s) ready for approval or to make changes.  After you approve the final digital design(s) it will be emailed to the email address provided by the customer. 

In case you do not see your digital item(s) in your email, please check your junk mail. if you do not find your approved digital design the customer must contact us within 2 days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 2 days from the date of your order, the item(s) you purchased will be considered received by you.
